This album is about the illusions under which we operate in this world- the stories that we tell ourselves in an effort to flow seamlessly from one event to the next- from one day to the next, even. The reality that we construct around our lives that we have come to believe is real and solid.

Track four is about how we sometimes place ourselves in a 'victim mentality', preferring to believe that others or the world are at fault for our difficulties in life, rather than taking responsibility for our own attitudes and outlook.

Belief is 99 percent of our reality.

Composed with Korg Kronos, Ableton Live with Reason Europa, Reaktor 6 with Razor ensemble, iOS app 'Drums', field recordings, tweaked loops in Roland SP-404 SX, and introducing the Qasar Beach Fairlight CMI emulation by Adam Strange. Guitar Loops from Yamaha APX 5A.
